I have used almost every compound and compete in both untested and 'natural' bodybuilding competitions. I feel I am very close to getting a pro card.

I've been hitting the gym but I feel I look odd with a larger chest and abs around this hole. I did cable flies, close grip pull downs, and a hammer strength machine that allowed for a close grip.
Really try to feel it in your chest and hold it at peak for a second. I'm 21 and have taken no steroids of any kind. Been lifting since I was I take creatine and massive amounts of protein about grams a day.
A year and a half or so into lifting I was putting up around that much, leg pressing lbs, and chest flying lbs. Was pretty fat before I started lifting lbs or so I've dropped to since then but gained incredible amounts of muscle mass.
I've seen skinny chicks leg press What's your 1RM squat? Smith machine doesn't count. Leg Press in general is nothing to bat an eye at. Stick with free weights like squats to work out imbalances and complete force production. I don't lift all that heavy. I always make sure I get a good flex in at the peak of my lifts. Really help stimulate muscle growth. I actually switched from leg press to squat after a while, loading 12 plates on each side got to be a hassle.
I don't understand you claim I don't know what I am talking about yet you provide nothing to back up your claim. In what way do I not know what I'm talking about? Although I'm not doing lb chest flies with free weights if that's what you're referring too. I admit doing chest fly free weights is much different than using a system where you're not supporting the free weight. As for the row it's not an upright row, max about on those although I don't do them often.
Maxing with five plates on each side. Going to start adding a little more in a week or so. I make sure to get at least 5 repetitions x 4 for a minimum of 20 repetitions total. This is what I do for all upper body routines, it varies somewhat but a minimum of 20 repetitions. For legs I always try to get a minimum of 40 reps in at about 10 or so a set.
Also, those are some impressive lifts! Like I said I am not very strong. I want to get to After meeting a few pros, I can see my weaknesses. Calves, rear delts, serratus, and low abs. For me I made sure I was doing everything correctly I read so much about how to properly lift and gain the highest possible amounts of muscle from lifting. Number one thing I think is getting enough protein and creatine into your system your muscles wont develop at all without creatine taken as a supplement or naturally from red meat.
I don't like creatine because it makes me hold water. I really don't touch creatine. Going for big max weight probably isn't what you want to do for that.
I'm 32 and I can't gain any muscle. I know all the shit like, if you just lift weights and whatnot but, I've been working out for a long time and, while I most likely just suck at working out I've always thought that starting a light steroid routine would kick things up to high gear. I have no interest in anything other than looking a little bulkier and being a little tougher. Steroids should be saved for when you've hit your genetic potential.
People always say wait until you hit your genetic potential, that is so hard to achieve without gear imo. I am so beyond my GP right now, if I went 2 years with no steroids, I would lose so much muscle Your diet needs to be on course too. If you are trying to bulk up you need to eat more calories than your body burns in a day. Try adding 3 glasses of milk to your everyday diet and see what that does. That is my problem. I make a commitment, hit the gym 5 days a week for about 6 months My diet does the same.
I'm trying to do more of a lifestyle change instead of a yo-yo diet plan. To add to this: AAS will only accelerate muscle growth, so if you cannot currently gain anything you will not gain very much on cycle. I thought that if I did AAS and went back to eating right and working out that I'd make some gains that would keep me motivated. Trying eating right first, get your diet right and you will see gains like crazy.
Lift a lot and use calories to feed your growth. Come back to me in 3 months and tell me you can't gain any muscle. Don't listen to the bullshit people tell you about whole milk being better.
Whole milk may offer more calories, protein, carbs, and fat, but it also contains 33x the amount of estrogen producing agents. You can easily get gyno from consuming that much milk and you'd probably be better off doing steroids considering your age. Don't waste your money on creatine The results you get from it are nothing compared to a good diet. Although I have only been twice this year.
