I took 40 mcgs this morning along with 5g of creatine in a glass of water and my other vitamins, minerals and fish oil, after that i drank another glass of water containing 5g of taurine.
Then i just chilled for a bit because i was full from all the liquid so i didn't want to eat breakfast right away. Then about 30 minutes later i suddenly puked, all liquid.
Now im wondering if i puked out the clen i took? You probably absorbed most of it. Don't take any more, and continue your gradual dosage increase tomorrow. Except this time, take the clen on its own and take your other crap an hour or so later. I would only take Taurine in the morning, and all the other supplements later in the day. Clen can produce vomiting, or it can feel like you are going to vomit especially on a empty stomach. That is my experience and also what you can read on the internet.
I think you're working yourself up. Clen at 40mcg is not a whole lot. Most guys go with mcg a day. Sometimes all in one dose. First off, you shouldn't be taking a ton of crap all at once.
Take your clen, wait a bit, take your taurine, then chill out. Creatine, vitamins, minerals, fish oil, etc can all come later. Sounds like your taking to much crap you don't need. Stop taking all those supps u don't need, then think about all the gains u can get from juice and all that delicious food you're supplementing out of your diet. Supps are a waste of money. I've used clen a lot and never needed taurine. A multivitamin is the only supp u need. Think of how much cash you'll have by not buying crap u don't need.
Don't devalue opinions and experience by dismissing them as "broscience". This subreddit is not a site for vetting only scientifically provable propositions. Remember, science, particularly in the area of sports and nutrition, is evolving rapidly. Our experience, though anecdotal, can help fill those gaps until the scientific community reaches consensus.
